Maison Martin Margiela takes a classically proportioned t-shirt of UNDERCOVER and reinterprets it as a cheeky womenswear halter tee, in an exclusive collaboration of Belgian and Japanese design for A MAGAZINE CURATED BY. 

MMM slashed across the tee creating a plunging back, and cut away the shoulders, allowing the sleeves to flap lifelessly next to the wearer’s arms [is the pop-art vixen screaming for her arms back?!].
Margiela’s white four point signature stitch adorns the base of the neck, in a finishing touch.
Jun Takahashi showcases the full effect of the garment on a transparent glass mannequin in the UNDERCOVER studio, photographing the piece himself on polaroid film.
